Wheat bread that tastes like store bought bread....hmmm

Okay - I like whole wheat bread and I even enjoy making it. But my family stills enjoys store bought bread (I still only buy whole wheat bread from the store!). This gal has a recipe for whole wheat bread that tastes like homemade she says. I am going to try this one out. It has some interesting ingredients in it....vinegar and potato flakes?? I can smell that fresh baked bread already :o)
